1. She Stayed Consistent With Her Mounjaro Injections

How Does Mounjaro Work for Weight Loss?

Mounjaro contains tirzepatide, which activates two hunger-regulating hormones, GIP and GLP-1. 

Together they reduce appetite, keep food in your stomach longer, and improve how your body uses insulin.

• Cut liquid sugar and alcohol. Malt, soft drinks, and sweetened zobo feed the visceral fat you're trying to lose.

• Sleep at least 7 hours. Poor sleep raises cortisol, and cortisol stores fat around the belly.

• Protect your energy. A Vitamin B12 injection helps if eating less leaves you drained.
