Step 1: Turn the Dose Knob to the Prime Symbol

Look at the dose knob at the base of your pen. Turn it slowly until the prime symbol (a small droplet icon) lines up with the indicator mark on the pen body. You’ll feel a small click when it settles into place, and that’s your cue to stop.

Step 2: Hold the Mounjaro Kwikpen Upright

Once the knob is set, flip the pen so the needle is pointing straight up toward the ceiling.

• Keep the fridge closed as much as possible. A closed fridge stays cold for longer. So resist the urge to check on the pen every hour..
